how does childbirth work in the emoji universe? they have no visible genitalia that can be seen and the size of their mouths leaves little room for a womb capable of growing a child with a head that size

do they lay eggs? What about the non-smiley emojis that make up the majority of the emojidex that are just inanimate objects like footballs and buildings and flags, do they reproduce the same way as the smileys do?

what happens if two different emoji have a child together like would the offspring of a 🙂 and a 🙁 balance out to a 😐 or would it only carry the traits of one of its parents? Is inter-emoji breeding even accepted or is it frowned upon by society, thus bringing real-world racial allegories into this cartoon movie about talking piles of poop and eggplant jokes? The fact that our hero 😒 emoji’s parents are BOTH also 😒 emojis seems to point towards the latter
