women for at least the last 80 years: donโ€™t call me pet names if you donโ€™t know me, itโ€™s demeaning

men: oh all of a SUDDEN you canโ€™t call a waitress โ€œsweetheartโ€ or โ€œdearโ€ what is this NEW feminist bullshit

everybody about any guy over 40: oh heโ€™s from a different time, it was normal back then! He doesnโ€™t mean anything by it!

[a tweet from DCComics. โ€œFred Jones is dead โ€“ and all Daphne has in her heart is rage and hate. Whatโ€™s your review of SCOOBY APOCALYPSE #26?โ€. attached image is crime noir style art of daphne in a green and purple superhero outfit with a sword strapped behind her back. sheโ€™s sitting on a chair looking off the edge of a wooden platform, very dramatically like how batman does, thereโ€™s a barbed wire fence and a streetlight in the edge of the frame.]

Tbh I much prefer buckwheat hotcereal but its more finicky to cook. Beef collagen and seaweed can add hella nutrition to those but need to be seasoned kinda thoughtfully

im going to look this up but i want u to know โ€˜hot cerealโ€™ is the worst combination of words iโ€™ve ever seen

is it? porridge? it looks and sounds like porridge why is it called hot cereal

[a screenshot the wikipedia page for grits, reads โ€œGrits is a porridge made from corn (maize)โ€]

this is blatant porridge erasure. @patberson where are u from? this is so interesting bc i would say porridge in every place where youโ€™ve said hot cereal, and it even looks like they have the exact same meaning.

They do, but when you say porridge you sound like 100 years old and/or winnie the pooh. Iโ€™m from california

ok then. i’m australian, and ‘hot cereal’ sounds like you’re an alien trying to figure out how human food works. or like you’re microwaving your cornflakes into mush. language is Fake, have a nice day
