Mark Zuckerberg lost $119 Billion dollars on the stock market today (7/26/18). This is the largest loss of wealth in a single day in modern stock history.

This will literally not change his lifestyle or effect his livelihood at all. He is still a multi-billionaire.

If I worked every single day, for the rest of my life, at $15/hr – which is more than twice the national minimum wage – I would never make even 1/1000th the amount of just the money that Zuckerberg lost today.

If I worked every single day, for the entirety of the time that anatomically modern humans have existed (200,000 years) – at $15/hr – I would still not make one tenth of the amount of just the money he lost today.

And he is still a billionaire and will lose literally zero luxury or well-being from what happened today.

You want to know how absolutely grotesque modern wealth inequality is?

There you go.

nonblack lesbians arent studs

Look at this. Read it. Then read it again.

Ok actually I’mma add something, as there are people confused in the tags about what this means.Β β€œStud” (in the context of lesbianism) is a black identity identity akin to what butch would be considered. It’s a unique role and identity that originated from black lesbian communities (same as AG/aggressive(s) girls/stem/boi). There has been a problem with white lesbians in particular putting themselves in the stud tag and plastering their faces all other spaces/media made for STUDS (a specific group of GNC black lesbians). It’s really annoying and tiring because most of these white self pro claimedΒ β€œstuds” end up emulating masculine coded behaviour that is found in black (Specifically African American) culture, which literally makes y’all look like fools. Black identities and cultural mannerisms are not for your consumption or appropriation.

You all, fools: *getting tattoos based on the ancient tattoos they find on bog mummies and the other ancient dead that for all you know will bind you to a forgotten god that now by all rights has a claim on your life for better or for worse*

Me, and intellectual: *doesnt fucking do that*

A forgotten god cannot run my life any worse than I am currently running it myself.

People should probably learn the difference between β€œplot holes” and β€œthings I didn’t like” or β€œthings the franchise plans to explain in the future” or β€œthings film makers didn’t think they needed to explicitly explain because they thought you had critical thinking skills”

Don’t say you don’t partake in cringe culture if you mock NB identities you didn’t personally approve of, and don’t say you don’t partake in cringe culture if you mock the terms and words that NB and aspec people have developed to explain and describe their identities, because you do. You are partaking in the bad cringe culture when you do these things, and you’re a hypocrite if you think cringe culture is bad but mocking people for language and identities you didn’t personally approve of is fine.

jake sisko as a character is the antithesis of wesley crusher and the ultimate evidence that child characters can actually be well executed even in shows such as star trek, as long as you develop them as, you know, actual kids instead of insufferable genius special boys
