transmed voice: I have never once considered psychology as a discipline to be anything but completely Objective. If something is listed as a mental illness, then it is! I’ve never heard of the word “pathologisation” in my life and I don’t have enough historical knowledge to understand how science and academia can be tools against marginalised people. I’ve never heard about how women masturbating and black people wanting to escape slavery have also been classified as mental illnesses, or i’m naive enough to think that the systems that once enabled this have changed or dissapeared.

i also just hate trans people who scrape enough self-esteem together to not hate their body, and will fight against trans positivity at every turn 🙂 This is what I Objectively think as a Fellow Trans, and i’m going to avoid thinking about how every thing i say benefits TERFs and other people who will send me to conversion camp the second they get the chance 🙂

you know you can have a tag for #reclaimed words or #reclaimed slurs as like a general catch-all tag

you don’t need to pick out #Q slur specifically, and if you do that but leave words like dyke untagged, you’re an asshole. what you’re doing is performing how much you dislike the word and people who use it.

especially because if the Word Itself is in the post, it will be blacklisted. you only need to tag it in case it’s misspelled in the post, so blacklisting programs still pick it up. That’s it. All your #Q slur tag is doing is cataloguing all the times you performed outrage at the word.
