Dont @ me but if ur a white content creator u should probably examine your brown characters (especially the darker skinned ones) and see if u arenβt following a certain trend of making them all aggressive, violent, surly or otherwise outwardly angry
Honestly this comes insidiously in subtle ways I think
Are your brown characters always scowling in the art u draw? How about emotionless asians? Do u have white antagonistic characters that get to be cute or beautiful, while ur brown characters ONLY get to be confrontational?
one of my ex-friends once asked me and my sister (both of us being filipino) how to say rude or mean things in filipino for her character and never asked anything else about being filipino-american
gay culture is wearing the same flannel twice because closed flannel and open flannel with a t shirt underneath are two completely different outfits

Just a reminder, but you do not need to βearnβ being tired.
Youβre allowed to be tired, even if you havenβt βdoneβ anything and youβre allowed to be tired even if you did less than someone else.
Being tired is a normal thing your body does for a whole plethora of reasons, and is a basic bodily function. You donβt need to βearnβ basic bodily functions, no matter what anyone else tells you.

im crying the lack of a comma meant that for a full minute I interpreted this as him declaring himself the new boss
fuck Iβve seen this post 10+ times and never realized he wasnβt declaring himself the new boss
hey so i found out that not a bunch of people knew about this handy thing
but you can post anonymously on AO3!!! hereβs how it works:
- post it under this collection
- everyone sees this work underΒ βAnonymousβ but you see your own work asΒ βAnonymous [Your Username]β
- the fic is STILL connected to your account, but nobody can trace it back to you + you still get comments in your inbox!
- βis it like βOrphanβ?Β
- nope! itβs not! the difference is when you Orphan a work, itβs no longer connected to your account and you canβt get alerts/comments.
- βcan I de-anon my work?β
- yes you can! you can de-anon your work any time you want. all you have to do is remove your work from the anonymous collection!
if you are shy about posting, or scared of having a work connected back to your account, or even participating in an anon fest, this is PERFECT!
Also, you can reply to comments; it will show your name asΒ βAnonymous Creator.βΒ
Why is social dysphoria not talked about a lot?
Because people would rather present trans people as suffering due to an inherent aspect of our existence rather than address the transphobia in our society. Similar reason to why gender dysphoria is presented as a universal trans experience and gender euphoria is never remotely addressed
i really like the url trend thatβs like, [projection]charactername, yknow? i donβt usually know who any of these people are but any time i come across the name of one iβm like βoh soandso has hpdβ or βpretty sure thatβs a trans!!β so thanks for that
