i have gotten people asking how i thought of my url and also random questions about smegma but i think i could do w some real appreciation for my url. i mean look it’s quite possibly the best url ever
the stupidest thing in the entire harry potter series was when they go down to the slytherin dormitory and it’s all dark and slimy and freezing and shit. as if lucius malfoy would let his son live in squalor like that. the house with the highest concentration of spoiled purebloods are happy to live under the goddamn lake? no.

Headcanon time!
The Doctor was named as “Doctor Who” all the time in comics from the 1960s (that feature his 1st and 2nd incarnations). So I have a headcanon that when he was young and on the run from the Time Lords, travelling throughout the universe for the very first time, the Doctor sometimes called himself “Doctor Who” because he thought it sounded mysterious and cool. It made him feel like he was some action hero or dashing explorer.
Eventually he changed his mind and thought ‘actually, Doctor Who sounds a little silly. I think I’ll just stick with The Doctor’. Every so often he makes a joke about being “Doctor Who”, but mostly he’s a little embarrassed that he went around calling himself that unironically. That’s why, most of the time, he gets really shifty when someone asks him "Doctor Who?“; he’s mortified that someone’s going to find out.
So I posted this more than a year and a half before it was officially made canon in ‘World Enough and Time’. What I didn’t predict (but should have) is that Twelve is the nerd who no longer cares and will call himself “Dr Who” because he can admit he still likes it.
it’s probably telling how discourse-focused my blog is if over half of my new followers in recent months are blank accounts. it could also mean i’m getting hate-followed more than im getting follow-followed. a few with visible likes&follower lists look like they’re undecided about terfs and follow me as one of their trans sources of information. is this weird, does this happen to anyone else, is my anti terf content actually good or something
hey if i tag my own post as sensitive content myself does that mean minors can’t interact with it? bc if that works that’s fucking amazing it’ll effectively halve the awful comments on discourse posts? i could have actual adults only discussions? is this the future?
