You know what’s really upsetting is that some of the points made in that post are actually pretty okay, and then you put it in the context that sleepdontvisit hates aspecs and it’s like “Ah.”

Also it’s swerfy as fuck. 

denying anyone with a particular sexuality the ability to consent is to decree that you have power over their sexuality, that you are the authority as to whether they consent or not.

and even when couched in benevolent language and feigned concern, it’s still an insidious facet of rape culture being utilized by exclusionists.

and yeah, sex workers are regularly told by SWERFs that they can’t consent to sex with their clients for a variety of reasons, one of which being the lack of sexual attraction they have toward their clients.

 SWERFs rob sex workers of sexual agency and the ability to consent by insisting that sexual attraction is required to consent. it’s an example of rape culture when SWERFs do it to sex workers, and it remains such when acephobes do it to asexuals.

People on this site literally fighting people about asexual headcanons with, like, detailed lists of why they can’t possibly be ace because they looked at this one character and how even the thought of said character being ace is bad for people who share ANY characteristic with this character (gay/fat/neurodivergent/etc.)

replace every mention of “being a kid” or “being a goofy goober” with “being gay” and the spongebob sqaurepants movie is about a young gay man who is denied a promotion by his homophobic boss, gets drunk at a gay bar with his friend the night after and comes to work absolutely sauced, then goes on a journey to try to deny his true nature complete with scenes where he and his friend try to fit in at a masculine gay-bashing biker bar, he grows fake facial hair (a “beard”?) and attempts to perform hypermasculinity unsuccessfully, just before he and his friend are captured and die they come out to each other and they cry a tear in the shape of a heart which saves their lives and ride back in victory on the back of david hassellhoff’s butt and then have a glam rock musical number where they radically celebrate themselves and at this point i’m not even making changes to the metaphors here that’s just what happens literally in the movie spongebob is gay

All taxes are bullshit. Government shouldn’t be able to take the money you worked for away. And it doesn’t fucking matter what they go towards, not everyone wants their money to pay for certain things. I don’t give a fuck about the schools around where I live, I’m not in school any more and they don’t deserve my money. I don’t fucking want new roads being built, tearing apart more of nature. I don’t fucking support the military and us killing other people in different areas of the world.
